Karli is amazing! I have recently started working with her (I'm a realtor) and her approach to complicated or challenging transactions has been very proactive and thoughtful. In a recent transaction I absolutely know we would not have closed on time if we hadn't had her pushing things through her underwriting team. 100% because of the listing agents constant delays with sending required information - NOT because of anything happening on her end. She went the extra mile to make up for the deficit on that side and we have a very happy client because of it! I'll add that my number one concern when I'm working with people is communication. I want to know EXACTLY what is happening and how this will impact my clients and Karli is very proactive about providing information. I never want to be caught off guard or surprised and I appreciate that not happening with Karli. Highly recommend. :)
